About Our Organization
Exercise and Health Sciences Asia Pte Ltd. (EHSAsia)was incorporated on 19 July 2019 to provide specialist services in Exercise and Sport Science (ESS) through training, education, and research. The company aims to contribute actively to the professionalism and standard of ESS practices across Asia. Our mission is to be the bridge for translating scientific knowledge to training, education, research, and practice to benefit our stakeholders across Asia. Through our services, we aim to demonstrate the strength of ESS as an integration of biological, physical, and behavioural sciences. This integrative model that ESS takes in understanding and influencing human adaptation in health and performance provides a holistic, and yet specialized, approach in enhancing all aspects of human potential.
In the domain of "Training”, we aim to nurture leaders in fitness and health promotion through certification courses that are delivered using a combination of online and onsite lectures, workshops, and seminars. Besides our in-house programmes, we also have the capability to design purpose-built fitness and health leadership development programmes, to meet specific needs of individual organisations. In the domain of "Education,” we provide consultancy and specialist services in designing ESS-related curriculums for institutions offering formal qualifications to their students. The scope of these services goes beyond the design of syllabus and content, to include the setting-up of governance, examination, and test systems. In research, we provide consultancy, management, and turn-key services for the entire spectrum of the research process i.e., study design, ethics application, trial administration and execution, data analysis, report writing and policy formulation.
EHSAsia is a small company with big dreams that are built on evidence-based practices in the services that we offer. Our strategy is to be the core that attracts like-minded partners to achieve larger ESS goals for our stake holders, and to be the gateway that leads to greater development of ESS in Asia.
